Wahid Chauhan born in Sikar, a city in Shekhawati region of Rajasthan and successful businessman in Mumbai has acquired a remarkable achievement in the field of girl education in his hometown and he has rightly been nicknamed as Sir Syed of Sikar. More than thirty five years ago at the age of 36, he felt that there is a dire need for girl education in Sikar and if no efforts are made in this direction, there would be dire consequences and resolved to solve the problem.
1. He took the control of Muslim Girls School and he molded it in the shape of a proper school raising its standard.
2. He formed the Mumbai Committee of Islamia School and he got many works related to it done for four years.
3. He founded Islamia Girls School English Medium but the Islamia School was closed after some years.
4. He established Excellence Girls School and now it is Excellence Knowledge City for Girls as a result of his tireless efforts and dedicated services in the field of education.
However, it was not without sacrifices and objections of the Muslims in the area. Wahid Chauhan, Sir Syed of Sikar faced threats, abuses, and allegations that Wahid Chauhan is irreligious person. He is modern spoiled man and not worthy to be believed. He produces adult movies of Hollywood in cooperation with his brother in law Ismail Merchant. He is the agents of the Jews and he has got huge amount from them and he has a mission to spoil the girls of Sikar by imparting modern education to them. However, Wahid Chauhan not heeding attention to them, he continued working for his mission and achieved what he willed spending his own resources and money.

Established by Wahid Chauhan in Sikar, Excellence Knowledge City for Girls Sikar now has become a prominent educational institution providing quality education from KG to PG free of costs arranging for bags, books, dress, shoes, and sweater. It has brought positive changes in Sikar and inspired many a men to move forward for education and now there are many good educational institutions in the area and the girls are being empowered after getting education.
